The Primoral wind farm located in Villamayor de Gállego in Zaragoza (Spain); came into operation at the end of 2019 and represented an investment of 34 million euros. The main novelty of this facility is the business model it incorporates; the construction of this plant is the result of a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) signed by Endesa and BBVA. The Primoral wind farm supplies 30% of BBVA's energy consumption in Spain, while Endesa supplies the remaining 70% through the traditional supply model based on green certificates, both in corporate buildings and in the bank's branch network, a clear win-win relationship.

This type of green power purchase agreement or PPA is a new type of supply, which increases the commitment to environmental sustainability while allowing energy savings. This wind farm has the capacity to generate 108 GWh per year, which reduces annual CO² emissions by 71,290 tonnes. It has 10 wind turbines with a unit power of 3.4 MW.
