Combined Cycle Power Plant (Merida)

Combined cycle power plants are widely used around the world and are an important source of electricity generation in many countries. The Merida 4 Thermoelectric Power Plant is a 532-megawatt (MW) gas-fired power plant under construction in the state of Yucatan. This plant, along with the Valladolid plant, will significantly boost the socioeconomic development of the Yucatan Peninsula, as the region experiences high levels of electricity demand.

When dealing with the combined cycle power plant sector, our primary priority was to create enclosures that ensure easy instrumentation using our Luxor Series, Geo Series and Rambo Series instrumentation and control boxes, offering maximum security and customization at a great price.

In addition, as an important part of the project's development, NPT IP68 threaded cable glands from the Glakor^® brand were included for installation and assembly. These cable glands provide cable passage, compression, and fixation between two compartments.
