Metropolises are becoming smart so that their residents can safely immerse themselves in traffic today and tomorrow, and Smart Cities are a reality to which Delvalle is no stranger.

In collaboration with company engineers, Delvalle manages the concession of several tunnels that support a traffic flow of more than 90,000 vehicles per hour. Traffic surveillance, both audio and video recordings, are transmitted to a centralised system that groups and processes, in addition to emergency telephones, surveillance cameras, a complex system that allows traffic to be monitored and helps improve its efficiency. Active management generates significant savings, both in operations and in response to dangerous situations, in addition to being more energy efficient.

Our approach to this project was to provide an enclosure that would ensure tunnels would remain perfectly connected to the processing plant regardless of weather conditions.
