Ferrovial Tunnel Under the Marmara Sea

SITUATION

To connect the two quarters of Istanbul, OHL and Siemens set up a joint venture to build a tunnel under the sea. The complex project demanded a large series of personalized EMC enclosures.

DELVALLE’S RESPONSE

Delvalle designed and manufactured 120 custom-made enclosures in painted Aisi 316 stainless steel that passed the client's electromagnetic tests, with EMC gasket, and with a 180º door opening to facilitate handling.
